I’m a vegetarian, love experimenting with food, with a particular interest in baking. Born & bred in Chennai, currently in Mumbai & married to a Bong, pretty much sums up my food influences.
While I began cooking after marriage only because I didn’t want to hire a cook for the two of us, baking is something I’ve always liked. Cooking, to me, is a combination of art & science – art in the way it’s presented & science in the way the ingredients are used. The recipes on this blog are all tried & tested by me, with an added twist which makes them my own.
I aim to make this blog all about food, with not just recipes, but with reviews of the restaurants I visit and the food I eat as well. Juggling between work, home and posting recipes is going to be a handful, but I’ll try to be as regular as I can.
